This gentle, inspiring class will guide you through a series of deep stretches and restorative poses, which are deeply relaxing and designed to reduce stress, tension and fatigue.

The “Pilates Method,” as it is now known, is an exercise system, a series of controlled movements focused on improving flexibility, strength, and body awareness. Concentrating deeply on core muscles, as well as breath work, The Yogi Tree’s Mat Pilates class focuses on the quality – not quantity – of a student’s movements, challenging, inspiring, and elevating beginners and students alike.
1-3 pm Roots & Rebounds: Firming Your Foundation Vinyasa Workshop – Emilie Perz
A two-hour vinyasa flow workshop in which we will learn the fundamentals of standing postures in order to ignite change both on and off our mat. Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement,” and that’s what this Yogi Tree course is all about, flowing seamlessly from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.
